In this lovely setting, we have tried to create a neighborhood of 23 two-story houses that will integrate the colonial city's character with the presence of the extensive nature reserve. The enclave looks out on the marvelous riverside scenery from small plazas and a pedestrian bridge connects it to La Aurora, a major art and design center lying on the rivers for bank. The homes are large, between 2,310 to 3,120 sq ft in size, each with two parking spaces. Additional parking for more than 20 vehicles will be available near the entrabce to the enclave.
