The land which was part of the old Santa Maria orchard is 7,100 square meters. It is surrounded by the Hacienda de Santa Maria and the ancient trojes (granaries). It is a 15 minute walk (900 meters) to the main square. Access to the land is along the beautiful Cachinches stream of the Obraje. A project is presently underway to transform this waterway into an ecological development of great importance for San Miguel de Allende.
On this site we will built a Rincon, (retreat), of 23 homes.
